Chihei Hatakeyama is a minimalist ambient-electronic musician and an organizer who was born in 1978. He lives on the outskirts of Tokyo. He has performed for years under his given name and also as one half of the electroacoustic duo Opitope.

Void II consist of four live performances in Japan and Belgium in 2010-2011. He makes massive drone from a mandolin and electric guitar. On track 4, he plays a seven-stringed electric guitar.
