Noir Son Repos is a unit with indeterminate members.
It is a long time drone project with modular synthesizers.
This work was composed by Chihei Hatakeyama alone.

He used mainly Verbos' Harmonic Osillator on this album.
He also used several filters MakeNoise's QPAS and Rossum electronics' LINNAEUS.
The music was inspired by an actual experience of wandering in the forest in the mountains of Nagano, Japan, in the rain.

It was recorded in October 2022.
